CTIOS 6 Softphone Problem

Hello,

We cannot display "agent names" only their numbers on the CTIOS Supervisor Softphone 6.0 application. Any ideas on why this would be , we are using IPCC Enterprise V6.x.

Are you referring to skillgroup names or agent names? Agent names should show up if the first name and last name are configured right. Upto v 7.0, the skillgroup names will not be shown. Only numbers will be shown. That issue is fixed with 7.0 release.
