Hello,
We have 4 different CTIOS boxes that two different agent CallCenters can connect to. One CallCenter goes to 1A/1B and the other agents connect to 2A/2B.
Anyway, is there a way on the CTIOS boxes to see how many agents are connected to the individual CTIOS boxes. I know they are suppose to load balance. Agent connect to CTIOS 1A, then 1B. But is there a way for me to verify this?
We seem to have an issue where Agents CTIOS desktop will gray out and looks like it disconnects. But it just appears to be delay in communication between desktop and CTIOS.
Any thoughts will be helpful. Anybody experiencing the above issue? We have been troubleshoot this for awhile, looking at Network, desktops, CTIOS boxes and PG's. Lots of moving parts here. So, if anyone has had a similar experience and can point me in the right direction,,,it would be much, much appreciated...
