Does the new version of CTIOS have the CTISVR process running on both pair of servers? We are currently running CTIOS 7.2 and we were informed that the CTISVR process can only run on one server at a time. This is an issue in our case as the A and B servers are located in two different locations. A WAN outage will cause agents on one side to get disconnected. The recommendation by TAC was to add another set of servers. Since we are planning on upgrading CTIOS, if the new version runs the CTISVR process on both servers, then there will be no need to add another set.
Any info is appreciated.

No, CTISVR continues to run on only one side as a time. You will probably need to split both sides into separate PG's to keep both running during a WAN outage, assuming the private link WAN doesn't go down as well.
