Hi folks,
I ran into a situation where customer has single ISR 4331 router with total 2 SIP trunks from different telecom providers. on ISR 4331 by default loaded with 2 Gig interfaces. As best practice, is it recommended to have single Gig with 2 different SIP trunks in contact center environment with 150 concurrent calls on single CUBE.
i just thought of setting up sub interfaces on gig port and bind the control and media respective to each SIP trunk WAN port for call routing.
I just want to follow correct industry standards and implementation ease approach avoid complex solution.
Has someone done similar sort of implementation?
