CUCM (CallManager) 5.1 Adding an application server for CUPS

I can't seem to find any good documentation for how to configure CUPS in callamanager. None of the documentation really addresses this issue, anyone have any ideas?

Tells you were to go, but in my version of CUCM CUPS is not an pull down option.
