Hello, talented CISCO engineers.
I have a Record Issue.
CUCM do not Send SIP BYE Message for Record Server
So the recording didn't stop and continued. Eventually, the recording engine failed to process the signal.
The recording method is BIB,
We use CUCM version 11.5.1.17900-52
Is there a case like me?
If there is a case where the problem is solved, what is the solution?

Have you confirmed that the model of the phone using built in bridge is supported as far as recording? You listed the UCM version but what model of phone(s) are you trying this for? Is the issue happening on all of them or only some?
