CUIC 10.6(1) Abandoned Call Detail Activity Report - Call ANI no Caller ID

Hello,

The company I work for is using CUIC version 10.6(1) and when we run the Abandoned Call Detail Activity Report we see that most calls in the Call ANI show the numbers that were assigned a Voice Mail Port (for example: 8005 or 8007) and NOT the actual Caller ID unless the Cisco Finesse Agent Answered the Call. 

 

Is there a way for this report to show the Caller ID for every call in the Call ANI or in a new field, as we want to call our customers back but don't have a number provided to us? 

 

Is this a limitation within CUIC 10.6(1) only, or does a newer version of CUIC and UCCX resolve this issue?
