CUIC 10.6 Daily Report required

Hi,

I need a 'CSQ by interval' report that has an interval length of 1 day (1440), not just 30/60mins.

So when I run the report for the current month I want to know how many calls were offered/handled/abandoned by day.

Surely there must be an easy way to get this?

Steve,  

It is a known deficiency in Cisco Express that there is not a daily interval report.

There are also no standard “day of week” interval reports that assist in “trending” projects.

 

The newest versions of Cisco Express have an option where you can pay more to have your own report design capabilities, but I understand it is expensive and complicated.
