PLease, I am working with UCCX and with 210 users. All of them have access to CUIC tool with their credentials. I would like that only one user have access to CUIC. How could I do this configuration? thanks a lot.
It might be a little different in UCCX vs. CCE, but you can grant permissions to the people you want/don't want via Security. Here's a link that goes into it.
