CUIC column names

Hello everybody,

Okay, I’m discovering Unified Intelligence Center for the first time and I have a really weird behavior: column names just don't appear when I visualize a report. When I export it to excel, it’s present. Here is a screenshot so you can understand.

Is there something I did wrong?

I’m using an UCCX 10.6.1 in standalone mode, with Finesse embedded.

Hello again,

I was using Firefox and I didn't think to try it with another brower. It works fine with IE. Hopefully... I think I will open a TAC case, but at least I can have workable reports.

The release notes are very good at specifying which versions of browsers are supported.

In fact, I use the last version of Firefox, and I thought that it was compatible according to the Cisco wiki : http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Unified_CCX_Software_Compatibility_Matrix_for_10.6%281%29#Supported_Browsers

But I should had tried an other browser before opening that topic.

This blocks the adblock plugin.
If this extension is turned off, the column names will be displayed.
