Hello Experts,
For some reason the CUIC server is not able to display the historical data.
It just says ' checking report execution process'
We have done the reboot , initialize local db etc but none worked.
I found few Error logs but I have no idea its related to the issue. I need your help on this.
CUIC Version : 8.5(4).
Attached the error logs.
Let me know what all other logs / procedure can be checked.

You're hitting a known bug with CUIC 8.x

It was supposedly fixed in 8.5(3)
Also, check out your JDBC connection. The JDBC connection is what allows communications with the CUIC Java servlets and JSP pages with the UCCE historical database.

yes I checked this before but our version is 8.5(4).

Experts,
Can you clarify if the Primary NTP is related to the reports.
Currently the issue is while extracting reports it says ' checking report execution process'.
The only changes we notice is our primary NTP is no more and it is referencing other server as time source and we are seeing more offset and delays.
