CUIC Off-Box Premium custom reporting - replacing SMSI

We've been using SMSI to create bespoke reports for CCX. The scripts have specific flags at certain points that can then be referenced in reports to get a detailed view of where the customers left the IVR (ie before or after listening to an information prompt) - rather than just an abandoned call..

Can CUIC 11.5 off-box Premium provide the same functionality, since SMSI are no longer?
