CUIC Report for Precision Queue vs Call Type

Hi,

I'm looking for a template or sql query where i can report on PQ but breaking it out by calltype also.

Has anyone done this by any chance?

I just did a bunch of CUIC reports over the last few days. Basic stuff. I'm not sure what PQ stands for however, I was able to customize a bunch of reports by creating copies of the Stock Reports and editing the views. You can't edit views of the Stock Reports.  This allows you to create groupings (by calltype and other variables) and hopefully provide you whatever PQ means.
