CUIC server goes in Read Only mode after system power crash

Our legacy CUIC 10.0.1 Publisher crashed after abruptly losing power. After it came back the CUIC reports are not accessible.

Has anyone have experience with such crashes and know if I can just reboot the server? I don't think I have the Recovery Disk to run the file system check. I was not sure if it is necessary. I do not want to reboot causing bigger issues.

 

Putty to the server shows errors below.

log4j:ERROR No output stream or file set for the appender named [CLI_LOG].

WARNING:
The /common file system is mounted read only.

Please use Recovery Disk to check the file system using fsck.

Anyone has access to CUIC 10.0.1 Recovery Disk? I cannot seem to find in Cisco Downloads.

Does it even exist?
