CUIC upgrade 11.5 > 11.6

Hello, 

CUIC server taking a long time to finish the upgrade process, around 5 hours. 

 

I performed the switch version 5 hours ago and nothing yet. 

 

We believe it is normal behavior, right? How can I validate that please?

Hi,

We also faced this issue during the upgrade. Later Cisco recommended for Linux/centos operating system no need to take any VM snapshot.

 

 

If you have any existing snapshots please delete them and try. Because Linux /centos appliance we have the option to switch to the old version without any issue.

 

Note : Make sure you have a DRS backup.
