CUIC v11.6 Inactivity Timer for Reporting Users

Hi All,

As a security best practice, Customer wants the Supervisors are Report Admins want to log out automatically after 30 mins or 1 hour inactivity or Idle. 

For the same i have tried below config and its not working,

set cuic properties session-timeout

PARAMETER #numberofSeconds

This command sets the Session Timeout for the Unified Intelligence Center Reporting web application. The valid range is 1,800 to 14,400 seconds. The default is 14,400 seconds (4 hours) and i have set the timer to 1800 seconds.

The documentation is wrong. See defect ID CSCvf91694

Workaround: set cuic properties session-timeout (no dash between cuic and properties)
