Solved: CVP Reporting Server Installation (11.0.1)

I have installed the CVP Call server on a machine.

I need to install CVP reporting server on the same machine.

When I execute the setup, it gives me option to uninstall the current installtion (CVP Call server).

I have verified that Multiple options (CVP call server, OAMP and Reporting Server) cannot be selected when installing on a fresh server for example

Not sure why the installer is not giving me option to select reporting server ("Modify" option to select Reporting server).

Hi.

Use the lab only mode to install Unified CVP for learning and testing purposes only. (and don't you forget to install it on non-domain server).

To use lab only mode, launch the installer from the command line, browse to the setup.exe folder, and enter setup.exe labonly.

Note

Co-location of CVP(Call Server/VXML Server) and Reporting Server is supported in lab mode only. This is not supported in the production environment.
