CVP Voice Recognition ability

Hi Guys,

Bit confused here as I was under the belief that in order for CVP to deliver voice recognition service you need an ASR with a third party software i.e nuance product. I have been told today that CVP has its own recognition software provided by cisco ? Is this correct? Thanks for your help :-)

I've only heard of Nuance for ASR, I think at some point there was an IBM product, but in my experience everyone uses Nuance.

Thanks David, thats what i thought I didnt think it came preloaded with software on the cvp to roll out voice recognition without the use of an asr.
