Database is currently not online

Dears,

in the operations console of CVP, when opening the database details of the informix, the

customer get the attached screenshot.

the onstat- command shows that the informix database is online,

the reporting server is showing up in the operations console, both the operations console

and reporting servers has been restarted with no problem resolution.

Can you ping the IP from the Ops Console server? Have you verified that reporting server actually works? I've noticed that to clear some of these problems is usually best to just delete the currently configured device and start from scratch.

removing the reporting server from the console and adding it again didn't solve the problem any alternatives?
