Design issue

Dear All,

I have UCCE environment 7.2.6 ,my cusctomer need to lcate 50 agents in remote site that can be connected with system through WAN link.

but as you know we need in remote site ingress/Egress gateways .so what is the correct plateform of cisco gateways that able to work as  VXML gateway,igress gateway(2E1s) and also SRST in cas the WAN link goes down so the agent can keep working in hunt groups without IPCC features.

please provide me with correct part numbers  to order it.

Hi,

You can go for Cisco 2951 Voice Bundle (CISCO2951-V/K9) which can support uptp 200 VXML sessions, Do remember to select SRST Feature License from options(FL-SRST) and VXML license packs  in multiples of 1 or 12 sessions (FL-VXML-12).

I'd recommend this part to be left to Pre-Sales team of your company.
