Detailed Call CSQ Agent Report - Differences in the CSQ names field CUIC

Hi guys,

I've generated this report and I got entries with a CSQ name without an asterisk and with an asterisk.

I've seen on the user manual that - 

Name or names of the CSQ or queues for which the call was queued. This field displays up to five CSQs separated by commas. The CSQ that handled the call is marked with an asterisk (*) and appears at the beginning of the list. This field is blank if the call is not queued for any CSQ.

 

But I can't find the differences between these 2 different entries.

What are the differences between an entry that displayed with CSQ name with an asterisk and without an asterisk?

If there's no asterisk the call wasn't answered.  I.e. the caller was queued to the CSQ(s) listed, but the call was not answered (it was an abandoned call).
