All of my agent devices have unassociated from the Rm Jtapi user. Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? What could cause something like that?

I have seen this before. It was in 3.5x and maybe 3.1x. The first time I thought the customer did something. But I have no idea what caused it. All you can do is put the phones back into rmjatpi. We were unable to recreate it or log it. Sorry for the lame answer.

When your associating a phone with RMJtapi, make sure you 'ALWAYS' choose no primary and no ICD. If you miss one of these options it could cause the problem.

Really? It could cause them all to un-associate? Weird! I always do that but maybe someone forgot.

Pawlak did you have to take the agents out of IPCC altogether or just add the phones back in?

You don't have to take agents out of IPCC at all. All you have to do is reassociate phones with the jtapiuser guy
