Hello
I have recently started to receive some pim errors towards CCM. They are about DialedNumber. I cannot find any reasonable error messages other than through dumplog.
It tells that according to the Number plan there is no such DialedNumber. Does it by that mean the number plan in CCM or is it the DialedNumber in ICM?
Using IPCC Hosted 7.x with CCM4.x and IVR4.x.
Attaching dumplog file and screenshots

Hi Patrick,
it is the ICM dialplan, which I guess you are just leaving as the default one.
The most likely reason for the warning to generate is some steps missing for CTIOS Supervisor Emergency Assistance.
Please verify from the ctios documentation that the setup for the ctios emergency assist configuration was done correctly,
or in the event you are not using this feature that the agents aren't inadvertently hitting the assist button.
In chapter 3 - its 3-11 starting on page 55.
In the event this turns out right you could turn up the following tracing and collect a full set of logs in order for TAC to determine what is causing the issue, the pim log by itself isn't enough to troubleshoot this.
Enable the tracing as per the URL below, collect the logs and raise a TAC SR please:
