Is there a way to disable the direct transfer option in Finesse. Just did an upgrade from 10.6 to 11.6 and users are confused by the Direct Transfer option. From my understanding you can not edit this via the custom desktop xml configuration and instead would need to edit callcontroll.jsp, however everything I am reading is callcontroll.jsp is not publicly available and if you do edit it is not supported by Cisco. Anyone run into this? Is there a way to hide this feature in the finesse gui?
