Hello,
can we disable the Filter option on the Dashboard permalink or how can only show the specific Agent team or restrict other Agent teams on the Dashboard permalinks.
when I looked into the guide -- it says Value Lists and Collections as filtering tools to collect and control the data that is available for display in reports.
I may need to create collection as a variable and pass it with the Dashboard permalink -- need some guidance

It depends on what you're looking to do and how you're set up. Are the users logging into the permalink (unlikely, but sometimes the case) then you can drive what is shown based on the user's ID.
If you're looking to do it more like how Finesse does it, take a look at the standard desktop reports Finesse uses from CUIC and how they pass they criteria for what is shown into the report.

glad to hear it. Can you mark that post as the correct answer and/or can you post an example of what you did so that if others in the community run into it, they'll benefit?

sure sir . I just copied the SQL query of the selected objects from the Stock report and then created my own customized report with SQL and chose the Key field as EnterpriseName (the Agent Team name ).
this allow the Supervisors not see the all the Agent Teams and they just need to enter the Agent team name which they want to see in the report. See in the below screenshot
