still no luck Bill .. and interestingly for the externally transferred calls (which will eventually come back to ICM script) it goes to the most updated PV1 value in the survey script but not with the internally transferred calls
to be more clear the English agent answers the call and he sees as English on finesse for PV1and then he transfers to Spanish Agent by dialing a DN and it goes to a different script there PV1 will be updated to Spanish but when it goes to Survey ICM ...
