I'm using UCCX Version 12, with pub and sub. The issue at hand is that the number of agents in a collection differs between two servers. For instance, the count of agents in the Support collection is 88 in the pub server and 141 in the sub server. I've checked utils dbreplication runtimestate and replication between servers seems good. Could you assist me in resolving this problem?
