I'm using IPCC 5.0(1) and CCM 5.1(3) The Average Ready time and Average NotReady time are available in Cisco Supervisor Desktop. I need to display these numbers on the wallboard but they're not availble in the RtCSQsSummary and RtICDStatistic.
Could anybody please help me how to obtain these numbers ?

This might be a DB replication problem.
Stop both Node Managers and bring up node 1 first and the data starts writing to DB again.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
But my problem is not that the DB fields are empty. My problem is that the fields aren't provided by default from Cisco.
So,If there are no other alternatives, I guess I have to calculate it myself using the data from agentStateDetailTables.
