The Field Notice can be confusing.
You'll have to patch your OS as per Microsoft recommendations.
ICM/IPCC needs to be patched if you have any of the conditions set forth in the Notice: Outbound, Peripheral in different timezone, CVP, etc.
For the Peripheral issue, review the registry on the PG to determine if it impacts your sites, if not then there is no need to worry about ICM/IPCC - the OS is your only concern.
