eGain version 15 integrated with UCCE 9.x
Disclaimer: I am very green on email and chat
Trying to find information on the scenarios that will display the messages configured in the custom_chat_en_US.properties file such as:
L10N_EXIT_TXT
L10N_LINES_ARE_BUSY
L10N_NO_AGENTS_AVAILABLE
L10N_SYSTEM_CANNOT_ASSIGN_AGENT
The first seems like it would be at the end of a chat but in testing, we did not see the message configured.
For the L10N_NO_AGENTS_AVAILABLE, we saw this when all available agents logged out with a chat request in queue.
I'm just trying to find the right document that details each of these so I know for sure which scenarios should get which message. I've done a fair amount of searching online through eGain documentation and Cisco documentation but all I can ever find is L10N_OFF_HOURS found in the regular chat_en_US.properties file.
