Enabling FTP on Media Server (Ops console)

Hello All.

I am trying to enable FTP service on my Media server so the recorded messages will go directly to IIS path. 

While doing so I am getting this error  " 

Test Sign-in failed because the provided credentials were invalid. Check credentials and try again.

"

I have set up the FTP in Media server , enabled the service , made site for FTP in IIS manager in Media server. 

Anyone could help here ? It will be really appreciated.

Are you able to FTP to the server from an application/command prompt? Did you set up a username and password, are you allowing any user to access it, etc.?
