Hi,
I configured a Call Control Group but I see an error (icon) in Call Control Group list but It works fine (see attached file), thanks a lot for your help.

Aubert, this red cross means that you have not created the ports for secondary UCCX server. Simply open the CCG and choose the secondary server from the dropdown (screenshot attached) and click on update that will create the ports for secondary server as well.

Aubert, you are hitting below defect. Contact TAC and check with them if they have an ES available for this defect
