Getting the attached error when call are internal or from the outside. CRM screen should pop up. Please advise and thanks for your anticipated help.

yeah, that must be really annoying.
Anyway, can you just send that error message in a format that can be easily read. Like plaintext, or screenshot in PNG or JPG.

This has nothing to do with CAD. It's a server side problem. IIS probably thinks the call from CAD is an XSS attack. Go and check the IIS logs.
