I have been experiencing lot of error with Chat. The main error I am getting is "An error occurred while establishing a chat session" or "Chat session is disconnected due to technical issue" This issue has been reported to cisco Tac and does not seems to be resolved. I am running Active Master Version: 12.5.1.11001-348 ciscouccx.1251.SU1.ES03.63.cop. Has any one experience the same issues with social miner?
