I have installed the supervisor desktop and the agent desktop on my PC which run Windows XP SP2
I can login to cisco agent desktop and supervisor desktop.
Howewever, when I try to select the team (both the default and the one created) from supervisor desktop. The process hang up.

I have hit this problem also. Did you find a resolution. I have deleted and re-installed agent,desktop admin and also supervisor plug-ins.
