Failing at Run Ext. Script

Script is failing at Run Ext. Script.
user.microapp.error_code is not set meaning the script is not even trying to execute VRU script.
In rtrtrace I get this error
Trace: Customer not found for dialog (47 x 0 : 0 0) dialed number (5515559100) - using default.
Trace: Script (5000) associated with VRU (5002) call (47 x 0 : 0 0) is at VRU (5003) - Cannot run script.
There is no peripheral 5003 in ICM config. Anyone can point where should I start looking?

Try this:
Allow external VXML" was not ticked in the CVP Application Server webpage

Thanks for responding. I tried with External VXML checked but still getting the same message, Script (5000) associated with VRU (5002) call (1 x 0 : 0 0) is at VRU (5003) - Cannot run script.
I suspect I'm missing something in ICM config. But everything looks OK. VRU for switch leg is Type 2, VRU for VRU leg is Type 7.
