Fetching the value of total number of Calls in Queus

Hi All

I want to fetch the value of total number of calls in queue in a variable. Based on variable value i want to take different handling of calls. Like if all agents are buzy (not avialable) then place maximum 2 calls in queue and take rest of the calls to Voice Messaging.

Can any body give me idea how to build this in CRA Editor.

See attached. Key is the "Get Reporting Statistic" step. This particular script checks to see how many "Contacts Waiting" their are in CSQ_1, if > 5, go to CSQ_2.
