Finesse 11.6 Dashbord

Hello Everyone,

Our supervisors are able to create dashboards but not able to share with others members of the group. The share option is grayed out. All supervisors have the Dashboard Designer, Report Designer and Report Definition Designer privileges. Is there anything missing in the role privilege?

Do you have the permissions for My Group checked for execute and write?

In order to be able to give permissions for My Group, I have to check the Security Administrator box. Without that privillage, my Groupe boxes are grayed out. Please see the attached file. As soon as I give the security Admin access to the supervisors, everyting works.

That's interesting. Must be some specific configuration combination. Mine are not greyed out. See attached from 11.6 as well.

Let me see what I can find.

It appears the only way to get this to work is to add the Security Administrator permission. I can't find any other combination that works.

According to the screenhot you sent, you can manipulate My Group privilage without enabling the Security Administrator. Why it works for you but not for me? We have both UCCX 11.6.

It appears so, doesn't it. I tried to check the boxes and it wouldn't let me check them though. I thought the same thing originally, so I tested every possible combination but it only let me add or remove the check mark with security administrator enabled.
