Finesse and Jabber

I've seen that it's supported but cannot find any documentation on implementation.  I will be deploying Finesse to a customer who uses Jabber for their enterprise IM. How is it integrated?  Please note: I'm NOT talking about CHAT... this is internal IM with an existing Jabber infrastructure.
