Finesse and Saleforce Integration via Bucher & Suter Connects

Hello all, hope everyone is well !!!

I am running Cisco UCCE 10.5 with about 100+ Finesse agents. I also have Salesforce CRM integrated with Finesse, so the agent would login to Salesforce and there is a Finesse gadget inside SF (see screenshots). The screenshot on the left is the Finesse gadget inside SF and the picture the right is the standard Finesse agent screen. The issue I am experiencing is that agents are reporting they are sporadically getting kicked out of Finesse gadget inside SF. The screenshot on the left below shows the agent getting logout of the gadget and the gadget shows a message saying "Cisco Finesse is out of service" but the Cisco Finesse screen on the right below shows the agent still login and in Ready mode.

 

Anyone seen this issue ?
