Hello. I have Finesse Syslogs going to Splunk so they can searched and trended over time via Splunk. But are there Finesse Application logs? Or a document that helps me better understand what is is the logs of the Finesse server such as the the webservices and client logs?
I am looking to track how long the Finesse gadgets take to load when an agent first logs into Finesse.
Just some weekend documentation links would be enough so I can start reading a little.
Thank you.

Thank you to those that responded. I will read through the documentation some more. I see that RTMT allows me to get to the logs. I also know that syslogs can be forwarded to 3rd party apps for consumption and reporting. Once I review the docs in this post I am looking to get the logs found in /finesse/logs also in a 3rd party app for consumption and reporting.
