UCCX 12.0.1

When trying to access Finesse for UCCX we are starting to get a message that the maximum number of licenses has been exceeded. We believe this is being caused by users not logging out of Finesse at the end of their shift. There's a 'Default Session Timeout' in Application Parameters but is there a way to force users to be logged out after a certain amount of time of inactivity?

Default session timeout is for CCX applications (scripts). I've never tried this but seems to be what you're looking for https://developer.cisco.com/codeexchange/github/repo/sameyada/finesse-gadget/. The other option is to have a supervisor log people off at the end of their shift. That would be the easiest way to handle it without much technical work.
