Following a recent UCCX 11.6 deployment, i have been asked by the customer to clarify the roadmap for Finesse browser compatibility moving forward. The customer is currently rolling out windows 10, and wants to standardise on Edge moving forward, and does not want to have multiple browsers installed on User desktops moving forward.
I understand that the supported browsers section in the compatibility guide for version 11.6 is very clear that there is no support for Edge:

Does anyone know if it will be supported in the future, and if not, which browsers will be supported for the Finesse agent/Supervisor desktop in future versions?
