Finesse webpage showing out of service post DC maintenance reboot activity in our Lab environment.
Verified Finesse services are up and running and cross checked CTISVR status on Agent PG is active and also ran Procmon utility --> running client cmd to see Finesse registered on client entry list, but it is not registered.
Pulled webservices logs seeing the error message as CTI_Connection_retrying. System trying to connect to CTI Server. Please wait as system retries. CTI_Connection_retries_exceeded. System has failed to connnect to CTI Server in allowed number of entries.Please check network connection and check whether CTI server is online
TS performed was rebooted Finesse followed by Agent PG Server, but symptoms appears to be the same
Note: Before reboot activity finesse functionality is fine. We are running UCCE 11.6.1 with Finesse 11.6.1- ES04.
Had a look at finesse 11.6.1 ES05 release notes to see if this behavior is related to this defect - CSCvm21308?
