UCCX Upgrade from Enhanced 10.1 to Premium 11.6

Currently, One of our customer is running CCX Enhanced 10.X with 5 seat agent license.We would like to upgrade to Latest CCX Premium 11.X/12.X(As of today only 11.6 is available).

But I could not find this specific upgrade ENH 10.X to PRE 11.X under CCX-11-UPG-K9, with the main part number CCX-11-SYSTEM-K9. But all other options are available.

Let me know If anybody has the exact ordering part number for this order.
