Finesse not showing agents in Team Performance section on Master

Last night we moved our uccx servers (12.5) to different hardware.  dbreplication & uccx dbreplication showed everything synced & normal.  We moved uccx-01 first and things switched to uccx-02 as master.  Took down uccx-02 and verified that uccx-01 was primary in Unified CCX Serviceability with the blue box w/ "M" in it.

Now when agents login to finesse on uccx-01/master, there is no agent data in the Manage Team/Team Performance section.  They can mark themselves ready and take calls.  If an agent logs in on uccx-02/secondary(or is it slave?), they can see agent data in this section.

How do I get that information showing on uccx-01/master?

Do you have agent device selection feature enabled ? Sometimes that may interfere with Team performance gadget.

In a MW, you can disable the feature and restart engine on both nodes .If the data is seen back in Finesse CCX-01 ,re-enable the feature and restart the engine once again .
