I plan to install the Social Miner to Chat with Customer in the next week for our business...

(Chat Inactivity Timeout)
is it 15 seconds by default ?
what is recommended ?

What happend if an agent wants to validate something with a superviser while he is chatting..
Is there any Status to change to avoid closing the session with the customer

for the (Chat no Answer Timeout ) is this timer is only used one time in the conversation ( When the agent answer ) OR it is use durring the chat conversation also ?
4 ) There is a maximum of 10 field of information (Widget list ) that the Customer can enter before the Chat starts.. is it an option to enter the field or it's mandatory ?
5 ) How many chat box can the agent have in real time ( with different Customer )
6 ) Is it possible for an agent to choose a Chat over another one ( So he can manualy prioritize ) a CSQ Over another one
7 ) I saw that the the browser compatiility with the chat is Only internet explorer.. what happend if the Customer have Chrome, Firefox.. is it working ok ?
