Hi there, since we migrate to UCCX v10 our monthly repport are limited to 8000 rows.This is well documented at Cisco.Anyone knows a workaround for that ? We need to do bigger report thanks

With Unity v10 to enable SpeechView (Speech-to-text) I was wondering if it still required an external Transcription server like nuance ? Anyway to do it without Nuance...is it possible to do it with unity only (without any third party server ) ?
