If an Agent logs in and receives a call, none of the variables show up until the call is answered.
However, any calls after that populate the variables while the agent's phone is ringing and when answered.
Any Suggestions?

You'll need to provide more information before anyone can probably offer advice. What platform (UCCE? UCCX?)? What version? All agents/some agents? What agent desktop?
