Forward UCCX agent extension to ACD line

Good afternoon

 

I am trying to find documentation regarding forwarding of agents extension to another ACD trigger. i have tested and realize it will not work, but would like to find documentation that I can present to higher level...I did find an old post but it is no longer available. any help or info would be appreciated.

The following configurations are not supported for agent phones:

  • The Unified CCX extension of an agent cannot be configured to forward to a Cisco Unified CCX route point.

route point meaning any ACD number
